65-Series Quick-drying tin-plate sterilization resistant ink
Application:
Si-Lian brand 65-Series quick-drying tin-plate sterilization resistant ink is suitable for single color or multicolor tin-plate offset press. It is highly suitable for printing of food tin packaging, tin toys and other tin products.
Characteristics:
1) In accordance with international health standards, the contents of poisonous heavy metals are in the limit range.
2) The print dries very fast in dryer or drying channel except for 65-43 which must be heated for 10-20 minutes in 140-160℃. The other inks normally dry in 10-30 minutes in 80-170℃.
3) The dried print can be processed by sterilizing with boiling water or high pressure steam (please pay attention to 65-16 with weak sterilization resistance).
4) The print can reach the level of bright color, high gloss and good mechanical impact resistance.

Note: fastness 1—5: from weak to strong
Usage:
1. according to printing condition some varnish of 65-93 can be added to adjust the tack and flowing property of the ink;
2. add 25-27 mixed drier to accelerate the drying speed, adding quantity of 0-2%;
3. except the white color of 65-43 all other colors can be mixed each other to make spot color;
4. don’t add any high boiling point of kerosene or wax additive into the ink;
